What ordering methods does Fuzz n’ Buzz use?
Fuzz n’ Buzz accepts orders placed through its website. The products available are listed at www.fuzznbuzzguitars.com. You can check the availability information of the products you are interested in and proceed to the order by clicking “Add to cart”. In addition, Fuzz n’ Buzz accepts email inquiries about specific products or custom orders.
Does Fuzz n’ Buzz guarantee all the information presented at the website?
Orders are valid only after our confirmation. Prices, stocks, delivery times and/or other relevant information must always be confirmed. Fuzz n’ Buzz informs its customers if there is any deviation from what was presented at the website. Fuzz n’ Buzz declines any responsibility for any errors published on the site, including errors related to updating prices, available quantities, images and technical characteristics.
What do the product availability messages mean?
On the website there are 4 different terms for the availability of products.
IN STOCK – The product exists in the store and can be ordered.*
AVAILABLE FOR ORDER – The product has to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and the delivery date varies. An email with an estimated delivery date is always sent before the proforma for confirmation.
OUT OF STOCK – The product is out of stock or has no anticipated delivery date. In this case, our customers can fill in the form available on the product page to get more information.
In case there is any issue with the stock information, Fuzz n’ Buzz will email you as soon as possible.
How long will the order take to arrive?
Generally, and when in stock, your order may take from 2 to 7 working days depending on which country from Europe you are in, with the exception of Portugal and Spain, where the order may take just one or two working days to arrive.

What payment methods do we accept?
